Take the D.C. Statehood Pledge

700,000+ American citizens who live in our Nation’s Capital have no voting representation in Congress. As a candidate for federal office, we need your help in securing equal rights for the people of the District of Columbia. While current federal elected officials can show their support for D.C. statehood by co-sponsoring the “Washington, D.C. Admission Act” in Congress, presidential and congressional candidates can now tangibly express their support by taking the D.C. Statehood pledge.

“I pledge to support admitting Washington, D.C. into the Union as a state of the United States of America.”
